I bought a rocker recliner from a Big Lots near my home outside of Houston back in June of 2023. I love the chair, but 4 months later, the release for the recliner broke. I called Big Lots and they basically said “so sorry not my problem (😡)! I called the Franklin Furniture Company and spoke to very nice, and accommodating people that routed me to Sarah. I told her what had happened and her response immediately was “That’s no problem. I will ship out a new one to you immediately. It won’t go out until Monday, but you will have it next week”. No questions asked, no cost, only an apology for it happening and great service! In todays world of a total lack of service, I will be looking for this company’s products any time I am purchasing furniture in the future. Even if I need to go out of my way, service like this is worth it’s weight in gold to me. Franklin Furniture and Sarah, you have a customer for life!! Thank you!

I have two young kids so I needed help finding performance fabric that is easy to clean and hard to stain. They were so helpful and the prices were very, very affordable compared to the other couches I’d seen with performance fabric. And it works! They let me test on sample fabric with wine, permanent marker, milk and red juice. I was able to get it all out except for some faint permanent marker stains. The couches and ottoman are custom made for our family, affordable, and high quality. My family will get a lot of years of enjoyment!
